I want to put a plug on my trailer that connects to a GM car without having an adapter

Sounds like your GM vehicle has a 7-way like the part # PK11916 that you referenced and you want to install the matching connector on your trailer. For a 6 foot long 7-way plug and lead we have the part # H20044 or for 4 feet part # H20043.

I attached an install video for the 7-way that shows how it installs on a trailer.
