Does Curt Hitch for 2008 Acura MDX Extend Past Rear Bumper
Question:
Im looking at a hitch for my 2008 Acura MDX. Acura is telling me their Acura hitch will extend/protrude past/beyond the bumper 1-2 inches. Id think the hitch would be flush with or slightly under the rear bumper. Can you offer me any insight? Thanks,

For your 2008 Acura MDX we have the Curt hitch part # 13354 which is a confirmed fit, and if you check out the install picture I attached you will see that it does not extend past the rear bumper at all. It actually is recessed a few inches.
I also attached an install video for this hitch as well.
Maybe the Acura hitch fits differently than the Curt hitches.
