Can Curt Hitch part # E-100 Install Above Bumper of RV
Question:
Can I mount the E100 bolt on hitch on top of my 4inch square bumper upside down instead of up from the bottom for more clearance for a cargo rack

There's no reason you couldn't install the Curt Hitch part # E-100 with the hitch opening above the bumper. I spoke with my contact at Curt to see if there were any restrictions or further limitations by using this hitch upside down and he told me that you will have no problem using it that way.
