Recommended Wiring Extension for 3020-P Brake Controller Wiring Adapter
Question:
Tekonsha 3020-P wiring adapter. Do you sell an extender for this cable? I need a couple of feet longer for mounting in the center console of a 2006 Dodge Ram 2500. Thanks!

There is no specific extension for the # 3020-P, but to extend this cable you can get the 12 inch replacement plug # 20127 and clip off the Tekonsha plug end and wire it into the original # 3020-P by color with butt connectors. This will provide you with 12 inches of extended wire.
It's important to note that the brake controller should be mounted towards the direction of travel to function properly.
I have linked the above mentioned products to this page for your purchasing convenience.
