Picking out replacement brake shoes is somewhat difficult without knowing the brand and/or part number of the brake assemblies. Typically it just becomes easier to replace the assemblies as that is very easy to do. All you have to do is find the correct side and capacity assemblies and then you would be able to bolt them right on. Since your assemblies are 5k I can't recommend the part # AKBRKR-S-12.
Based on your 5k axle rating you would have a 12 inch assembly that uses a 5 bolt mounting pattern like the part # AKEBRK-7R-SA for the right hand side and part # AKEBRK-7L-SA for the left hand side. Replacing assemblies is much easier than shoes and it gives you all new components. For the price difference it really is the way to go.
