The video I've linked for you shows the # BWRVK3500 B&W Companion being installed. To remove the hitch, simply reverse the process. Pull the release handle in the driver's side wheel well, then climb in the truck bed. Remove the two pins that hold the fifth wheel head in place, and lift the head off the hitch. Then, you can lift straight up on the base to remove it.

After the hitch is removed, I'd recommend installing the gooseneck ball upside down, it'll help keep dirt, debris and other crud from getting into the works of the gooseneck hitch. I've also linked you to a copy of the installation instructions/owner's manual.

How hard is it to remove a 5th wheel and will the bed of truck be the same?

The Companion is a robust hitch, so it typically takes a couple of people to remove it from the bed. It's not difficult in terms of the actual process - it's just a matter of pulling up to remove the head and bringing the assembly out in two pieces (head and base) - it's just quite heavy is all. Once it's removed all that will be left in the bed is a covered hole for the gooseneck ball.
