I looked up the Tepui Tents and they basically attach to roof rack crossbars like the Rhino Rack roof rack part numbers # RB1375B-2, # RRRLKHD, and # DK227 that you referenced. The only issue you may encounter is that this rack has a weight capacity of 130 lbs.
