Question:
Can I get this hub with 5/8 inch studs and flange nuts?

We have one hub and drum assembly that uses the same bearings as the hub you referenced but that also has 5/8 inch studs. It is # 8-285-10UC3-A.
This hub is rated for 8,000 pound axles but it is an oil bath hub and doesn't use grease like regular hubs. Despite it being an oil bath hub you can still use it. The lug nuts are included.
