Anti-Rattle Device for Curt Adjustable Ball Mount # C45902 on a 2013 Ram 3500
Question:
I purchased this and regardless how tight the screw keeps loosening. I am not sure how to stop the rattle.

There are 3 places of possible movement for Curt adjustable ball mount # C45902: the 2 pins that hold the ball to the shank and between the shank and the hitch itself. If you have that screw at the ball part nice and tight then you are probably getting movement at the hitch receiver. To keep the screw from coming loose a lock washer could be used.
You can reduce or even eliminate movement at the hitch using an anti-rattle device such as # RSCP.
With adjustable ball mounts like this there is bound to be some movement and it can be hard to completely eliminate it but anti-rattle devices will help.
