I installed the Hopkins Towed Vehicle Wiring Kit #56200 on my 2016 Jeep Unlimited Wrangler. I just installed a rear hitch. Can I install the Curt T-Connector Vehicle Wiring Harness with 4-Pole Flat Trailer Connector to the Hopkins existing wiring without any problems.

You sure can. You can plug the Curt # C55124 T-Connector inline with the Hopkins Flat Towing wiring harness, part # HM56200. Since both systems won't be used at the same time, this set up will work just fine for you.
