From my research I found that your 16-ft Airstream Bambi has an A-frame.

I recommend the Stromberg Carlson Electric Trailer Jack - Drop Leg - A-Frame - 23" Lift - 5,000 lbs - Black
Item # JET-5000. This jack features a 5-inch drop leg and lift of 23 inches so the total travel is 23 inches. This also includes a manual override if needed. This is a bolt-on installation.

To keep the jack protected from the elements over prolonged periods of time I recommend part # UF38-944020.
