For towing you will want to install a 2-inch Class III hitch on your 2015 Toyota RAV4. I suggest Curt # C13149 along with ball mount # C45030 and 2-inch hitch ball # 63845. For a wiring harness for the trailer's lights you can use kit # 118578 which will plug in at your taillights and provide protection for the car's own internal wiring in the event of a short on the rented trailer.
Installation videos for the hitch and harness and some helpful articles are linked for you to assist your installation.
I also included an article with tips for towing a trailer. Be sure to check your RAV4 owner's manual for any guidance regarding towing and be sure not to exceed the vehicle's capacity.
