To install your Tekonsha Voyager # 39510 using the factory pigtail provided by Toyota, you'll need to either cut the plug off the brake controller and wire that directly to factory pigtail or use a # 20127 quick disconnect pigtail. You'd wire the leads coming off the 20127 to the leads of the factory pigtail.
The latest information I have indicates that Toyota used a black w/ red stripe, green w/ white stripe, brown, red and green wires in their factory pigtail. The black/red wire provides 12 volt power, and connects to the black controller wire. The green/white provides input from the brake lamps of the vehicle and connects to the red controller wire. The brown wire is the ground, it connects to the white controller wire and the red pigtail wire carries the voltage from the brake controller to the trailer brakes, and connects to the blue wire. The solid green wire isn't used, just tape off the end of it and bundle it up out of the way.
If the wires in your factory pigtail are different colors than what I specified, please let me know, we can pretty easily figure out which wire does what.
I've linked you to an FAQ article with more information about brake controllers.
