How to Install a Brake Controller on a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited

Will this work on 2014 jeep jk? Do they make a plug in harness for brake box to jeep jk wiring?

There isn't a brake controller wiring harness for a 2014 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited. A brake controller will have to be hardwired in.
If your Jeep came with a factory installed 7-Way then you will just need installation kit # 5506. The brake controller white wire will ground to the negative battery terminal. The black wire will connect to the positive battery terminal via the 30 amp circuit breaker included with 5506. The blue wire will need to be routed to the back of the 7-Way and attach in the 7 o'clock position.
The red wire will need to connect to the cold side of the brake switch. Use a circuit tester such as # PTW2993 to test the brake switch wires. You need the one that only has power when the brake pedal is pressed.
If the Jeep has just a 4-Way flat then you will need # ETBC7 instead of # 5506. And if the Jeep does not have any trailer connector you will first add one using # 118416 and then # ETBC7. I have included some links that show and explain the ETBC7 installation for you.
For a brake controller I recommend the P3 # 90195 because it features easy to read and understand diagnostics taking the guesswork out of troubleshooting. It is one of the best controllers on the market today.
