The Tekonsha Envoy brake controller is an older model that is no longer offered, but all Tekonsha brake controllers have the same four wires (black, white, blue and red) and are wired the same way.
Starting in mid year 2007 all the GM trucks and vans quit offering the plug in connectors for brake controllers with a factory tow package, but they still have the wires under the dash for installing a brake controller. The wires are identified by a white label and are located under the left side of the instrument panel to the left of the steering column.
I am sending a link to the page that will show you how to wire your brake controller to your Chevy Express Van. You may also need to complete the wiring under the hood and I am sending you a video link on doing that wiring also.
If your 2010 Chevy 2500 Express Van has a factory 7-Way round plug with a cap inside the driver's side frame rail instead of a bundle of wires in the jack storage compartment, then you will use the Hopkins Replacement Multi-Tow 7-Way and 4-Way Trailer Connector, # 30955. This will give you the 7-Way and 4-Way at the rear of your vehicle.
If you have the bundle of wires in the jack storage compartment then you would use the Hopkins Adapter 4 Pole to 7 Pole and 4 Pole, # 37185.
If you do not have the factory trailer connector on your vehicle or the bundle of wires is not there then you will need the Tow Ready T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, # 118392. This wiring harness will tap into your taillights and give you a 4-Way at the rear of the vehicle.
Then, you will need to hardwire with the Tekonsha brake controller with the Brake Controller 7 & 4 Way Installation Kit, # ETBC7, that plugs into the 4-Way you have just installed.
I have a video of a Tekonsha brake controller being installed on a 2003 Chevy Express Van. It will show installation of the Brake Controller 7 & 4 Way Installation Kit, # ETBC7, and the Tow Ready T-One Vehicle Wiring Harness, # 118392.
