Trailer brake assembly # AKEBRK-7L-SA is a 12 x 2 inch assembly with a 5-bolt mounting pattern for 5.2K to 7K axles so it will fit in place of your existing 12 inch brakes! This is the left hand assembly. The matching right hand assembly is # AKEBRK-7R-SA.
