What is the Rise Height of Swagman XTC4 Bike Rack # S64665 and How Long is the Rack

The description indicates that When in use, the bike rack support bar is at a slight incline to improve ground clearance How much is the elevation from hitch to the rear of the rack?. And how long is the rack front to back?

I spoke with my contact at Swagman. She stated that the Swagman XTC4, # S64665, measures 40 inches long. I went out to the warehouse and assembled one of the XTC4 bike racks. The rack has an 8-1/2 inch rise from the center of the hitch pin hole to the bottom of the end of the rack. I have included a link to the installation details and a video review of this rack below.
