The Swagman XTC4, # S64665, will work on your Honda Pilot if you have a 2 inch receiver opening on your trailer hitch. If you do not, I can recommend a hitch but I need the year of your Honda Pilot.
But if you do have a 2 inch hitch, the rack will work with your specific bikes. It will accommodate wheels up to 2-1/2 inches wide, and the hooks will fit over many types of frames. As long as the bikes do not have a wheel base of more than 61 inches (center of wheel to center of wheel) the bikes will fit.
Something to keep in mind is the tongue weight capacity of your trailer hitch. The weight of the bikes plus the weight of the carrier need to be subtracted from the tongue weight capacity. If this weight exceeds the tongue weight capacity of the hitch, it should not be used. For a Class II hitch, capacity is usually around 350 pounds. A Class III hitch is usually around 500 pounds. But your hitch may differ so you will have to check its specific ratings. And finally, you will need to consult your owners manual to check for the vehicles specific towing capacities. This applies with any hitch mounted accessory or trailer.
You might want to measure from the center of your hitch pin hole to the furthest point at the rear of the vehicle. If this distance is less than 12-3/4 inches, the rack will not interfere with the rear of your Honda pilot. I have included a video review of this rack below.
