The Curt Gooseneck Flat Plate Hitch # C65500 requires professional installation. This 13 x 48-inch gooseneck hitch mounts on top of your bed using the Universal Folding Gooseneck Ball Rail Kit # C61502. The rail kit includes the required Grade 5 hardware.

The kit fits a range of older GMC, Ford, Chevy and Dodge truck models as shown on the product page and provides the maximum 30K rating for the hitch plate.
