B & W Patriot 5th Wheel Hitch Recommendation for 2015 Ram 2500 Short Bed
Question:
I can find very few reviews for the BandW Patriot series. Is it new? I have a 2015 Ram 2500 short bed pulling a Voltage 3305 5th wheel. What hitch would you recommend? My truck already has ISR rails installed.

The B&W Patriot has been around for awhile, but we started carrying the product fairly recently which is why we don't have many reviews on it yet. Originally, B&W offered the Companion 5th wheel hitch that mounted into their Turnover Ball Gooseneck hitch, then, as the truck manufacturers started offering the heavy duty tow/prep package that had the 4 pucks mounted in the truck bed, B&W began offering solutions for that mounting system.
The Patriot uses the same head as the Turnover Ball, but it's connected to legs meant to attach to industry standard bed rails. Since you're using a short bed truck, you'll want to use a sliding hitch like the # BWRVK3270 sliding B&W Patriot model, which has an 18K capacity. B&W is a class act, offering outstanding, American made hitch products and accessories with great customer service.
