Trailer Hitch Recommendation for a 2009 Subaru Forester for Carrying 4 Bike Rack

Hi. I recently purchased a 4 bike hitch rack for my family and was looking into buying this hitch . Will this hitch support a 4 bike hitch rack

Yes, the Curt hitch part # 13147 that you referenced is a Class III hitch that can have a 4-bike rack installed in it. The rack will have to be designed for a 2 inch trailer hitch.
That being said I believe I have a better solution for your 2009 Subaru Forester since the Curt requires you to use a stabilizer strap like part # 18050 when carrying a non-supported load like a bike rack.
Instead I would recommend the Draw Tite Class III hitch part # 75650 that has also been confirmed as a fit for your vehicle but does not have the strap requirement. I attached an install video for you to check out as well.
