I just ordered a new 2016 Silverado 3500HD with the under bed fifth wheel package. What hitch and wiring can I use?

We have exactly what you want. For the 2016 Chevrolet Silverado 3500, I recommend the Curt Q24 5th Wheel Hitch, # C16545-16025 because it was specifically designed to drop right into the under-bed mounts that come on your truck and it has a towing capacity of up to 24K. One thing to keep in mind is that this hitch is not compatible with Sidewinder or Reese Revolution pin boxes because the wedge on the bottom of those pin boxes can damage the Q series head. If you have a Sidewinder or Reese Revolution pin box, you will want to use the Curt E16 5th Wheel Hitch, # C16515-16025.

The 5th wheel wiring harness that I recommend is the Hopkins Endurance 90-Degree Wiring Harness, # 41157. The 90-degree connector makes it easy to install in your truck bed wall and the access door has a weatherproof seal to prevent corrosion.
