Since you will be towing a gooseneck trailer the best option is going to be a gooseneck hitch. But if you see yourself wanting to tow a 5th wheel hitch in the future I have the perfect solution for you.
For your 2015 Ram 3500 long bed I recommend B&W gooseneck hitch # BWGNRK1314-5W. Your 2015 Ram already has the supports under the bed to install this hitch.
Then, if you ever need to tow a 5th wheel hitch, you can add the Companion hitch # BWRVK3500-5W. You would just remove the gooseneck ball and install this hitch in its place. No need for separate rails or an adapter.
