I may have a solution for you, but it looks like you've got the a Curt Q20 sliding hitch and # C16022 adapter for your Ram OEM pucks, which won't be compatible with a Curt PowerRide 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch - Dual Jaw - 30,000 lbs # C22ER. The issue you'll run into though is that the highest rated adapter for your pucks that will provide you with industry standard rails is the # RP30154, which has a 25,000-lbs capacity.

The highest capacity hitch available that will fit in the 2013-20 Ram OEM Pucks without an adapter will be the Reese M5 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch for Ram Towing Prep Package - Single Jaw - 27,000 lbs # RP37FR, which would give you a higher capacity than going with the adapter, but still won't get you to 30k capacity.

If you can provide the model year of your Ram I can confirm which of these would be the best solution for you and your truck
