Please provide the dimensions for replacement round spring bar Fastway e2 weight distribution.

All of the Replacement Round Spring Bars for the Fastway e2 Weight Distribution systems, # FA94-02-1099, # FA94-02-0899, and # FA94-02-0699, measure 31-1/2 inches long. The diameter of the bar at the upper end is 1.39 inches, and the inside groove measures 0.91 inches. I have attached a photo showing these dimensions for you.

The spring bars differ based on their tongue weight capacities. The construction of the bars determines their weight capacity, rather than the size of the bar.

These spring bars are designed to work with Fastway e2 Systems, like # FA94-00-0600, # FA94-00-0800, and # FA94-00-1000. I cannot guarantee that they will work with any other manufacturer's system.

The diameter of the Curt spring bar #C17071 that you referenced is 1-1/2 inches and the length is 30-5/8 inch. Since you have the 600 lb TW MV Curt system this for sure is the correct spring bar and wouldn't require measuring to verify.
