Lowest Profile Aftermarket Crossbar Available for 2016 VW Tiguan
Question:
I have 16 VW Tiguan with raised roof rails. I have the factory installed crossbars, but they are too high and noisy. I am looking for a aerobat that is flush mount with the rails. I need silver cross bars and something that wont mar the rails since the vehicle is leased. I also have a yakima forklift racks, so would like to stay in the yakima family, but not required. What is the best value. Recommendations?

After looking through the different options offered by Thule, Yakima and Rhino Rack I'd recommend the Rhino Rack # JA7956, which would add about an inch of height above the top of your existing side rails.
I believe the Rhino Rack system would offer you the best value for your money. The bands that wrap around the roof rails are rubber coated steel, so they won't mark up the roof rails.

Hi, Ive been looking to purchase a low profile roof rack for a 2020 Kia telluride. I will eventually be using the rails to add a cargo basket on. Thanks for all your help
