before I order a hitch I want to make sure the hitch will mount into my existing rails already in my 2003 GMC Serria 2500 HD. I had a 16000 lb. reese fifth wheel hitch mounted but now need a 18000 lb. hitch. Will the new 18000 lb. BandW patriot fifth wheel hitch mount to my existing rails ?

Yes, the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3255 that you referenced will install in the same fifth wheel rails that you have in the bed of your 2003 GMC Sierra 2500HD and will provide you with an 18k B and W fifth wheel hitch.
