Will the Sidewinder 5th Wheel King Pin with Rotating Turret - 16,000 lbs, Item # RP61410 work with a rail mounted BandW patriot hitch? thanks.

Yes, the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch # BWRVK3200 and # BWRVK3255 will work with the Reese Sidewinder. However, the B&W Patriot 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Slider # RVK3270 is not compatible.
