Wedge Recommendation for Sidewinder with B and W Patriot Hitch

Will the universal wedge that came with the Reese Revolution pin box work with the BandW Patriot 18k hitch

Ideally you run the B and W Wedge part # SWW-06 with the B and W Patriot hitch part # BWRVK3255 that you referenced as it's custom made to fit the jaws of the hitch. The universal may work but most likely it will be a challenge to get it to fit well.
