The roof rack you mentioned in your question would work great on your Jeep. Part # TH300R and part # TH712500 combine to give you a gutter-mount roof rack with the sturdy square crossbars.

The Thule SnowPack Ski and Snowboard Carrier, part # TH7326 will fit the square crossbars and have a capacity of 6 pairs of skis or 4 snowboards, and has a limited lifetime warranty. This carrier comes with locks already installed, so if you want the roof rack and the carrier to use the same keys for all of the locks on the roof rack and the carrier I recommend part # TH450800. This includes 8 lock cores and 2 keys.

The Thule Hull-A-Port Aero, part # TH849000-97 will also work great with the roof rack mentioned above. This J-style rack lets you carry a kayak that weighs up to 75-lbs. This carrier includes 2 tie-down straps to hold the kayak on the carrier and also 2 bow/stern tie-downs to secure the kayak to your Jeep.

To secure the Hull-A-Port to the kayak and the roof rack I recommend using the Thule locking strap, part # TH831. Since this comes with locks already installed like the TH92726, the extra 2 lock cores in the TH588 can be used to replace the strap locks.

You will want to make sure you do not exceed the roof weight capacity of your Wrangler Unlimited when carrying any accessories on the roof rack.
