Either base rail and installation kit will work for your 2015 Ford F-150 and your Reese 5th Wheel Trailer Hitch with Square Tube Slider # RP30051. Both kits are custom fit applications that will use pre-drilled holes in the frame of your truck for installation.

The main difference between the # RP50087-58 and the # RP56034-53 kits is that the # RP56034-53 kit uses an outboard installation kit versus the inboard installation kit in the # RP50087-58. The outboard installation kit makes it easier to access the installation hardware by avoiding underbed components. Inboard installation brackets like those in the # RP50087-58 kit don't work to avoid these components and can have a bit more complicated installation.

To accommodate for the outboard installation brackets, the base rails in the # RP56034-53 kit are longer than the base rails in the # RP50087-58 kit. This means that they take up a bit more room in the bed of your truck.

The # RP56034-53 kit has an estimated installation time of 3-1/2 hours, while the # RP50087-58 kit has a 4 hour estimated installation time.

Both base rails will fit industry standard 5th wheel hitches.

Between the two rail kits, I highly recommend the # RP56013-53 kit with the outboard installation kit. Our installers prefer these kits because of the ease of installation they offer. The installation is much less stressful when it isn't a fight to get your tools to the installation hardware.

I have attached an installation video of the # RP56013-53 kit on a 2015 F-150 for you.
