Yes, I checked with Roadmaster and the FuseMaster Part # RM76511 is recommended for your 2013 Chevy Equinox so it would be a great option to make deactivating the circuit needed to flat tow your vehicle.
I attached an install video that shows this product being installed in a similar 2014 Chevy Equinox as yours.
