What hitch-mounted bike rack do you recommend for a 2016 Itasca Navion 24M class C motorhome with a continental spare tire above the hitch?

The Thule Hitching Post Pro 4-bike rack part # TH934XTR that you referenced could potentially work for you, but you will need to take one measurement.
You will need to measure from the center of the hitch pin hole on your motorhome out to the furthest point out on the rear spare. If that distance is less than 13-1/2 inches this bike rack would fit and work well. I attached a review video for you to check as well.
