Can Thule hitching Post Pro Bike Carrier be Used on a Front Mount Receiver on a Truck

Can this Bike Rack be put in the front of a truck ok is it too high? Can you give me the measurement for the riser please?

The Thule Hitching Post Pro bike carrier # TH934XTR is approximately 34 inches tall. Any bike carrier used on a front mount receiver has the potential to block the view of the driver some, restrict air flow to the engine, and could block the front lights when bikes are loaded.
The air flow restriction is probably not a concern but you would want to keep an eye on the temperature gauge just to be sure. Driver visibility will be restricted as if the front end of the vehicle was longer so caution is definitely advised in traffic and when parking.
And if the lights are block the only resolution would be to carry the bikes elsewhere.
