Tire Chain Recommendation for a 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT265/70R18 Tire
Question:
Just obtained a new 2015 Silverado HD 2500 4x4. The Manual has a warning says that tire snow chains should not be used for the LT265/70R 18 tire size but make reference to other traction methods for rear. What is your recommendation? Can cable chains be used? Rear only or also front?

For your tire size LT265/70R18 we do have cables that are confirmed to fit. The part # PW2028C that you referenced would be a great choice IF your owners manual says that cables are acceptable. We cannot recommend you go against anything in your owners manual.
