Mounting Plate Dimensions of the Fulton Swivel Jack part # FXP10

Question:

What is the center-to-center dimensions for the outer bolt holes and the inner bolt holes on the FXP10 Bolt-thru swivel marine jack with caster vertical distance and horizontal distance? The square tongue of my wood splitter has pre-drilled and tapped mounting holes that I would like to use with the bolts I already have on it. If necessary, I can make a sketch of the bolt holes, scan it, and send it to you to compare. Thanks,
