Is a Brake Light Relay Required for Installation of Flat Towing Lighting on a 2013 Lincoln MKX

I plan to install a Hopkins Custom Tail light wiring kitHM56002 on my 2013 Lincoln MKX. I also use a Brake Buddy Vantage Select braking system in my Lincoln when I tow it, Do I need to also install Road Master Brake-lite Relay kit on my 2013 Lincoln? Thanks
