Will Curt Front Mounted Hitch Work with 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 with Stabilizer and Anti-Sway Bars

Will this hitch fit if I have the steering stablizer bar, not the shocks, and the factory anti-sway bars on my 96 Dodge Ram 2500 2wd? I was also wondering if I could use a winch with this receiver.

I spoke with my contact at Curt and he confirmed that Curt front mounted hitch # 31604 will work with your 1996 Dodge Ram 2500 with stabilizer bar and factory anti-sway bars. With a line pull of 9,000 lbs the Draw-Tite is perfect for winches.
