A towing setup is only as strong as it's weakest component. If you go to a higher rated hitch like the part # 75082 but your vehicle owners manual says that 350 lbs tongue weight is the limit you would have to go by the lower figure.
If your owners manual says you have the capacity to tow your trailer then the hitch I mentioned earlier would work just fine. Due to the weight of your trailer a weight distribution system would be a good choice as well.
The best way to pick out a weight distribution system is to base it off of the loaded tongue weight of the setup when it is loaded and ready to tow. This figure also includes the weight of any cargo behind the rear axle of the tow vehicle. I attached a help article on determining tongue weight for you to check out as well. You will want the loaded tongue weight of your setup to fall right in the middle of the tongue weight range of the system you use.
The part # RP66082 should work well for you based on the tongue weight range you listed. This system also features the only sway control on the market designed to fight sway before it starts.
