Prodigy P3 # 90195 Brake Controller Installation in 2014 GMC Sierra
Question:
Im trying to install a tekonsha P3 in my 2014 GMC Sierra. I have purchased the controller from you guys. The question I have is that the port under the dash that your video says to plug into already has a harness plugged into it. I do have the trailer package on my truck. But, no buttons on dash for trailer brake controller. Any help would be appreciated. Thank you

There are several connectors under the dash of your 2014 GMC Sierra and certainly it is possible that one or more may resemble the brake controller connection port you are looking for. On the 2014 Sierra 1500 the brake controller port should be in a junction box to the left of the brake pedal.
If your truck has a factory brake controller then it may be plugged in to that spot already. Please refer to the linked video for adapter # 3016 on a 2014 Silverado.
If you have a 2500 or 3500 series truck then you do NOT have a quick connect port and your Prodigy P3 # 90195 installation will be hardwired as shown in the linked video.
