Mechanical drawings for the # 41990 are not available but I can tell you that the crosstube measures 3 inch by 3 inch, is 44 inches in overall length and the hitch opening is 2 inch by 2 inch.
This is a weld on hitch that would require either the 7 inch drop brackets part # 4907 or the 16 inch brackets part # 4916.
