How is the Height Measured on Trailer Suspension Hanger 93003-3X

Hi, APS4 online measurements for the rear hanger pn# 93003-3x is 1.5 inches but when I look at that part individually it says 1.250 inches, which one is the right measurement?

The measurement on hanger # 93003-3X is 1-1/4 inches measured from the top of the hanger to the center of the hole the spring hangs from.
