Spacers Appear To Be Different From Spacers In Instructions Drawing For Hitch On 2014 Mazda 3
Question:
If I have different type of spacers will the hitch still be ok ...the spacers I received do not look like the ones in the picture but are of same length...

Expert Reply:
There should be no problem using the spacers that came packaged with the Draw-Tite Sportframe Trailer Hitch Receiver, part # 24912.
The spacers are designed to keep the bolt from slipping through the frame rail when installing. The shape of the spacer may have changed a little but the function remains the same. If the carriage bolt is secure when pulled through the hole in the spacer and then through the frame rail you have nothing to worry about.
