The Titan Flexible Brake Line Tubing Clip # T0776400 installs to your trailer's frame along with a mating bracket, part # T0776300.

Bracket part # T0776300 bolts on to your trailer frame (hardware not supplied) and the clip portion then attaches to the bracket and holds the end of the brake line fitting.

Kodiak brake hose #BH-3MFS90FF-1-5 does not have that little clip you are referring to and Dexter hose #18018-SF does have it. For either line I recommend bracket #T0776300. For clips I recommend #T0776400.
