Will the kit install with a BandW hitch already on the truck. 2008gmc2500hd

The Timbren helper springs # TGMRCK25S mount to the bottoms of the truck frame rails on your 2008 GMC Sierra so they will not interfere with the brackets for your B&W gooseneck hitch. I have included a link to a video showing how the Timbren system installs and a help article on Timbren systems.
