Installation of Reese universal installation kit # RP30035 will not be exactly the same on a 1995 Ford F-250 as it is on a 1997 F-250. Check out page 11 of 23 in the instructions I have linked for the specific steps for your 1995 F-250. We do not have a video on that year.
Your bed liner will have to be trimmed or removed to install the 5th wheel rails. I have linked a video that shows how to trim a bed liner for you.
