You will have to contact the manufacturer of your travel trailer to see if it is rated for weight carrying capacity. I would ask if it can carry a 3-4 bike rack either extended or retracted since there is likely less capacity when extended than when retracted.

If the bumper is 4 to 4-1/2 inch continuous welded square steel construction and the manufacturer allows the addition of a bike rack to the bumper then you could use the Swagman 4 Bike Carrier RV Mounted Bike Rack, item # S80600 would be a good choice for the rear of your camper. You could also use the RV Bumper 2 inch Trailer Hitch Receiver with Anti-Rattle - Clamp-On, item # S64025, along with the Swagman Standard XP 4-Bike Rack, item # S64940.

You will need to adhere to the lowest rated capacity on any of these applications, the bumper, the bike rack or the added receiver.
