Can a hitch mounted bike rack be attached to a hitch mounted cargo rack? with a 1 1/4 inch class II hitch

A Class II hitch-mount cargo carrier that fits a 1-1/4-inch Class II hitch, such as the ProSeries Steel Carrier # 63155, cannot have a hitch-mount bike carrier attached to it. Although such carriers can appear to have a receiver tube at their rear-facing side (please see the linked photo I have prepared for you) this opening is NOT there to accept any sort of additional accessory.
We do offer a unique product from Hollywood Racks, their SE Platform Bike Rack with Cargo Carrier # HR1400Z-85, that is a combination of bike and cargo carriers, but this will only fit higher-capacity 2-inch trailer hitches. If you install a 2-inch Class III hitch on your Equinox you can use this carrier to handle both bike and cargo needs.
