6-Way Vehicle to 7-Way Trailer Adapter Recommendation
Question:
Mt 1999 F-250 has an I think OEM 6 pin connector female that is a bit smaller than the plugs I see in use today. I just purchased a 2008 enclosed 6x12 Wells Cargo trailer with a larger 7 blade female connecion. What to I need to do to be able to plug in my trailer and safely operate it? Thanks,

We have exactly what you need. It sounds like you have a 6-way round connector on your 1999 Ford F-250 and need to tow a trailer with a 7-way blade connector.
All you need is the adapter part # 47435. Check out the review video.
The # HM47083 that you referenced is the opposite adapter you would need. It would be for if the vehicle had a 7-way and the trailer had a 6-way.
