Thank you for providing the reference numbers from your Jayco trailer's Dexter axle. I was not able to cross reference either of these numbers, 123617439 and 1657213, but we can still help you. It appears that one of the other bits of info you found on the axle, HF=85.75 inch, is a measurement of the distance between the two hub faces when hubs are installed.

The first thing you need to confirm is the axle's weight rating, which should be stamped onto the axle beam if it does not appear elsewhere such as on the sticker where you found the other information. You will also need to measure the distance between the spring hangers.

We do offer a range of axles but due to limits in the size and weight of what can be shipped we do not offer beam axles rated over 3500-lbs. We do offer Timbren axle-less systems rated for the equivalent of a 5200-lb axle, such as their # ASR5200S01. I have included a link to our main page for trailer axles. This page includes filters you can use to narrow the axles shown by weight rating, length, spring center spacing and other features.

For example, # e43SR is a 3500-lb-rated axle kit with 5-on-4-1/2-inch bolt pattern and electric brake assemblies. Its hub face measurement is 89-inches and its spring center spacing is 74-inches. This kit includes the axle beam, hubs, brakes, spindles, bearings, races, etc. I have linked a review video to illustrate this item.

I have also linked several helpful articles concerning trailer suspensions and how to pack bearings.
